| Job Role: Business Analysis in Retail Job Location: Iselin, NJ(South) and Piscataway, NJ ( Looking for Local Consultant with DL or state ID) Duration: 12+ months contract Onsite from Day 1 Experience (Years): 10 & Above Role Description: Essential Skills: 1. Experience in team member management and handling issues including managing team remotely. 2. Good experience in IT Operations Service delivery and be a point of contact for customers 3. Experience in the ITIL process and Service Level agreements 4. Lead the transition from the incumbent and ensure the new team members are ready for production support. 5. Experience in setting up knowledge repositories and documentation is required. 6. Knowledge and experience supporting the following retail store devices a. Point of Sale & RF and handheld devices, b.
