JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Developer LOCATION: Bentonville, Arkansas- Hybrid (Need local candidate) Contract Duration: 3-5 years (Long-term Contract) client:GDH Job Description: Our client, based in Northwest Arkansas, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role is a long-term contract opportunity, with a hybrid work schedule requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to relocate. Responsibilities: Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations to meet the business needs. Customize and enhance various modules within the ServiceNow platform, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HR Service Delivery. Design, develop, test, and implement workflows, applications, and other solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT teams and business units, to gather requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ServiceNow applications. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow coding, configuration, and integration, as well as in documentation and process development. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to enhance productivity and optimize workflows. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and administration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD. Strong JavaScript and/or other relevant scripting languages knowledge is preferred. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical language to business stakeholders. Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional Information: Work Environment: Hybrid schedule, requiring 2-3 days onsite each week in Bentonville, Arkansas.
