The SME is expected to have experience with the following Expert proficiency in Network and Service Management is required. Network Management Patterns & Techniques, Network Operations & Service Management, Network Performance Management (NPM), Service Quality Management, and Enterprise Network Operations with expert proficiency are recommended.
