Zoom AI Companion MS 365 Co-Pilot Improve Cyber Security tools Use Artic Wolf- too many false positives, having issues with alerts. Patching Intune MDM migration Biggest urgency is with the AI experience. Needs someone who is able to strategize, road map, then execute on the design. Needs to understand the implications of AI on tech in the workforce Evaluate current environment to recommend and road map Help mature their AI best practices, procedures and policies. Security experience would be secondary. Mgr. Note: We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Solutions Architect with a strong background in AI and cybersecurity architecture. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI integration and cybersecurity practices. Technical Expertise: Strong background in implementing and managing AI tools in corporate environments, especially Zoom AI Companion and Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Proficiency in using security monitoring and endpoint protection tools (e.g., Arctic Wolf, Intune). IT Operations: Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence), and Active Directory management. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex IT issues and implement effective solutions, particularly with high-priority cybersecurity alerts and patch management. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and guide cross-functional teams on AI best practices and cybersecurity.
