In addition, experience with competitor integration engines would be a plus. Epic bridges certification or previous Epic conversion experience would be a strong plus. Preferred 7+ years of healthcare integration experience using HL7. Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and manage several projects or tasks at one time. Expertise in HL7 v2.x is essential and v3.x desirable. Proven experience interfacing with systems including EHR/EMR/LIS/RIS/PACS/HIS. Understanding of XML, RDBMS technologies (primarily SQL & Oracle) and JavaScript coding. Experience in documenting message specifications, as well as other interface requirements documentation. SQL Query Writing, SQL Tuning a plus. BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
