| Job Title: SAP SLcM Consultant Loc: Montgomery, AL EXP: 12 Work Authorizations: US Citizen Primary Skills: SAP SLcM We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SLcM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture and at least Two end-to-end implementation. This role requires extensive knowledge of Student Lifecycle Management processes and strong skills in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SLcM Trainings for end users Design training plan, UAT plan for SAP SLcM and execute trainings. Design and architect SAP SLcM functional solutions to meet business requirements. Configure and customize SAP SLcM modules, ensuring seamless integration with FICA and other SAP modules. Conduct thorough testing and provide post-implementation support. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, configuration, and processes. Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints for SAP SLcM implementations. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design future state solutions and develop relevant objects within the process scope. Provide client-facing consulting engagements, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ensure successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership abilities within project teams. Job Requirements: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture. Proven experience with at least one end-to-end SAP SLcM implementation. Strong knowledge of complete Student Lifecycle Management processes, including. Student Master Data, Academic Structure, Student Grading, Graduation, and other business lifecycle processes. Experience in cross-module integration with FICA is preferred. Proficient in all aspects of system implementation, including gathering requirements, designing future state solutions, developing objects, testing, and post-implementation support. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development. Strong client-facing consulting experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrated leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications - SAP certification in SLcM or related modules. Experience with other SAP modules and their integration points.
