The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience within the last ten (10) years. 2.This experience shall include gathering requirements, producing design specifications, creating requirements specifications, wireframes, data maps and testing. 3.The Senior Business Analyst shall be skilled in converting business requirements into technical and functional specifications. 4.These solutions shall have a minimum value of $1 million. 5.The Senior Business Analyst shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in evaluating and documenting business processes and migration activities related to technology solutions with a minimum value of $1 million. 6.The Senior Business Analyst shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years with the technology proposed by the Bidder for the MODS solution. 7.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in developing test cases, executing test and validation plans for modern enterprise technology solutions. 8.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in developing and leading training program(s) for software implementation projects. 9.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in designing and creating user guides, training materials, and FAQs required for a project. Qualification (Desirable Scored): [10 points] 1. The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) additional years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience within the last ten (10) years. 2.This experience shall include gathering requirements, producing design specifications, creating requirements specifications, wireframes, data maps and testing. 3.The Senior Business Analyst shall be skilled in converting business requirements into technical and functional specifications. 4.These solutions shall have a minimum value of $1 million. 5.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) years of experience with business processes and workflows in the public sector. 6.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years, specifically involving GIS components. 7.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) additional years of experience within the last five (5) years in developing test cases, executing test and validation plans for technology solutions that include GIS and relational database components. 8.The Senior Business Analyst shall have at least two (2) additional years of experience within the last ten (10) years in developing and leading training program(s) for software implementation projects. 9.The Senior Business Analyst has at least two (2) additional years of experience within the last ten (10) years in designing and creating user guides, training materials and FAQs required for a project.
