This role will focus on guiding customers through the governance process, ensuring alignment with reference architectures, standard technologies, and best practices to prepare teams for a seamless integration into our enterprise systems. As part of this role, the Enterprise Architect will translate business needs into technical systems solutions, helping to ensure that the organizations infrastructure evolves effectively. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary consultant for customers looking to bring new capabilities or technologies into our governance process. Align customer needs with Humanas reference architectures, industry standards, and standard technologies to help guide their integration. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from request to governance. Develop architectural roadmaps that translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, spanning both logical and physical architecture. Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form cohesive systems. Ensure all architectural designs align with Humanas Principles, Standards, Policies, and Frameworks. Recommend technologies and solutions that evolve the organization's technical infrastructure. Leverage North Star Architecture for effective data storage and transaction management both internally and externally. Provide leadership in developing and mentoring architectural and technical staff across the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Over 2 years of technical experience in enterprise architecture or related roles. Experience as a senior architect or technical lead, particularly in large-scale IT projects involving multiple enterprise systems. At least 1 year of experience in the design, development, and testing of software applications. Strong passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Skills & Competencies: Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions. In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), on-premises systems, and SaaS solutions. Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, governance processes, and reference models. Excellent communication and consultative skills to guide clients through technical decision-making. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in system architecture and governance. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
