| From: Sbabu, intellecttechsolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Sr. Functional Business Analyst With ERP Location: Phoenix, AZ - Need locals (Hybrid) Need female candidates Any genuine Visa is fine with genuine experience Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Business Analysts main responsibility will be analyzing and documenting technical specifications and data mappings from Business Requirements to provide accurate direction to application developers. The Technical Business Analyst will leverage their analytical skills, knowledge of application tools and techniques to drive the development of services and analytical solutions that meet the business requirements. Senior Business Analyst owns requirements development (technical specifications and data mapping requirements), rationalization and prioritization in partnership with business partners. They work closely with IT architecture and development teams to insure product development meets design criteria and deployment timelines. They partner with business customers to insure business understanding and utilization of the deployed product, including contributing to business training efforts. They coordinate with other Analysts to insure alignment of middleware solutions across business domains. The Analyst compiles information into various formats, may create executive briefings with supporting documentation and presents information to executive and operational leadership in written and verbal form. The candidates we have been getting are more business analysts from a data warehouse or infrastructure setting. We need someone who understands the business setting We need someone who is good/comfortable with data (running queries) and SCRUM teams, but we need people with the functional knowledge and someone who understands business concepts. Here are some examples of what we mean by functional knowledge. Experience in the following systems or business functions: The business side of an organization - Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, **Order Management, Utilities Someone who understands how to setup a Customer in a system What is a customer and what are the attributes of a customer How do they make transactions, get billed for their transactions, and receive their products, etc. (order to cash cycle) Experience with ERP systems (when we say Oracle, we dont mean the Oracle database, we mean the Oracle ERP) Business applications like Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. The candidate will need to be a bridge between the Business and the people doing the development (coding) Keywords: information technology Arizona Job Title: Sr. Functional Business Analyst With ERP - Only Local to AZ [email protected] |
