The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle applications in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work in Progress (WIP) modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Manufacturing applications, focusing on Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work in Progress (WIP) modules. Provide guidance and recommendations for best practices in manufacturing processes using Oracle MFG. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams for system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MFG modules, ensuring minimal impact on operations. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on Oracle MFG best practices. Required Experience: 8-10 years of overall experience in Oracle applications, with at least 6 years of core experience in Oracle Manufacturing modules. Extensive hands-on experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work in Progress (WIP) modules in the context of implementation or support projects. Proven experience in gathering requirements, configuring Oracle MFG modules, and providing post-implementation support. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they align with Oracle MFG functionality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules is a plus. Familiarity with other Oracle ERP modules like Inventory, Procurement, and Cost Management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
