| Job Title: Senior IAM SSO and Integration Developer Location: TX Client : Confidential - Will Disclose During Submission Experience : Minimum 12+ Years Must C2C Rate : 65$ C2C Internal Role With DIR Manager Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned IAM SSO and Integration Developer with over 12 years of experience in Java development and extensive knowledge of IAM platforms, including Okta and SailPoint. This role involves the design, development, and integration of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on Single Sign-On (SSO), user provisioning, and access control across Java and Angular-based applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular, and have hands-on experience with Okta and SailPoint integration in complex enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities IAM Solution Design and Implementation: Architect and implement robust IAM solutions, focusing on SSO, access management, and identity governance, utilizing Okta and SailPoint for Java-based web applications. Integration Engineering: Develop and maintain integrations between IAM solutions (Okta, SailPoint) and various enterprise applications, ensuring seamless access control and user lifecycle management. Java Development: Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, focusing on building secure and scalable solutions. Frontend Development: Support frontend integration by leveraging Angular for dynamic and user-friendly IAM interfaces. Application Security: Design authentication and authorization mechanisms that meet security best practices and compliance requirements, with a focus on OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect protocols. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to IAM, SSO, and integrations, optimizing for performance and scalability. Documentation and Standards Compliance: Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM configurations, integrations, and processes; ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security specialists, and project managers, to deliver secure and efficient identity management solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in Java application development with expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular for enterprise-grade applications. IAM Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Okta and SailPoint, including integration, configuration, and customization for identity management and access control. SSO Protocols: In-depth knowledge of SSO protocols and standards, including OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect. API Integration: Proficiency in building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, with experience in API integration for IAM solutions. Security and Compliance: Solid understanding of security principles in IAM, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption, and role-based access control (RBAC). Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and optimizing IAM-related processes.Preferred Qualifications Certification in Okta, SailPoint, or other IAM platforms (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, SailPoint Certified Identity Professional). Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience in Agile Environments: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git for version control. DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
