This onsite position involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support project implementations that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders. Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user stories. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives. Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies to support project decision-making. Track project progress, create reports, and provide insights to stakeholders on project status and performance metrics. Support testing and quality assurance efforts by creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and validating requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an onsite role. Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and project documentation. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software like JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the finance, healthcare, or technology sectors. Professional certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar). Proficiency with data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
