(3-4 Days per Week) - Local Only Visa : Any ( No H1B/CPT ) Must have LinkedIn profile Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team in Washington, D.C., with a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite each week. In this role, you will drive the technical design and development of AEM solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure top-notch performance and scalability for business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop AEM solutions across Sites, Assets, and Forms, including custom templates, components, dialogs, workflows, OSGi services, and dispatcher caching optimization. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality delivery. Assess AEM scalability and feasibility for solving complex business needs. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party systems within the overall architecture. Promote best practices in platform and cloud architecture. Document solutions, processes, and technical notes to support knowledge-sharing within the team. Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience with AEM Sites implementation (version 6.4+), including component and workflow development, and integrating forms with other applications. 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM Touch UI and modern components. Expertise in AEM setup, development, configuration, and DevOps procedures. Proficient in JSP, HTL, Java EE, JUnit, OSGi, Servlets, JSTL Tag Library, and Eclipse. Strong experience with RESTful Web Services and third-party integration with Adobe Experience Manager. 6+ years of front-end development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Single Page Applications (SPA). 3+ years of backend development experience using Java/J2EE, Servlets, Spring framework, and web services. Familiarity with CRX/JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, and OSGi frameworks. Proven expertise in integration with Adobe and third-party solutions via REST APIs. Advanced proficiency in build automation using Maven and Maven release processes. Skilled in advanced dispatcher and CDN caching strategies. Competency in performance testing, unit testing, and automated testing tools. Familiar with cloud infrastructure and security best practices. Extensive experience in full-stack development within AEM. Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Dynamic Media, Analytics, and Campaign foundations. Preferred Skills: Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Target, Analytics, and Campaign. 2+ years of cloud adoption experience with AWS, including Route 53, VPC, Subnet, ELBs, EC2 instances, and more.
