Required Skills -UX Research, Coordination, Project leadership Job Duties -"Responsible for recruiting research participants, coordinating research logistics and supporting the team in research operations activities. Specifically: + Recruit & schedule research participants in the US, Canada, and select European countries. + Coordinate research participant compensation + Coordinate logistical needs for research studies (e.g., set up MIRO boards, set up and test research equipment, set up digital or physical observation rooms) + Communicate with Starbucks regional store operations leaders and store employees + Track the progress on current and incoming research requests + Coordinate research team travel & logistics + Coordinate participant consent forms and data usage reviews + Implement participant tracking & communications processes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system" Job Requirements -"All are required: + Strong Microsoft Outlook skills for managing emails and scheduling, experience with Microsoft Teams for video calls and producing Microsoft Teams Live events is a plus + Experience working on or with a research team or research environment (doesnt necessarily have to be UX research) + Strong project management, documentation and organizational skills + Experience recruiting and scheduling research participants + A strong communicator, in both written and verbal formats + Experience using UX tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Jira) + Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar software + Required to be on-site most days at the Seattle SODO office and occasionally local travel Thanks & Regards, Vikrama Rao Recruitment Executive- ValiantIQ Inc.
