Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, custom objects, and fields. Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Salesforce platform. Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design scalable and robust solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation for all custom development and configurations. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and integration tools. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and reliability. Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and coordinate with the QA team to facilitate system and user acceptance testing. Ensure the code is reviewed, optimized, and adheres to best practices and coding standards. Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Salesforce applications and integrations. Quickly identify and resolve system issues to maintain business continuity. Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to ensure the platform is up-to-date. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation. Strong experience in developing custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and security settings. Experience with Salesforce integration methods and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica). Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings. Experience with CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX and Jenkins. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
