Microsoft server/desktop product skills, including maintenance, tuning, and security

Desktop/Laptop builds and support (60% of role)

Server and infrastructure builds and support (training provided if minimal experience)

Windows 2022 Server, Windows 11

MS Office

Network Infrastructure: Firewalls, Switches, Windows Servers, LAN/WAN, Cyber Security

Patch management with KACE

Familiarity with NIST 2.0 (planned rollout for 2025)

Security vulnerability management (log review or third-party coordination)

Fortinet firewall experience

Basic Windows Server administration (tuning, security, maintenance; in-house training provided)
