Title : Jr. Business Analyst - Equity Trade Support - Equities Business Team Onsite role in NYC NY Looking for GC & USC only Rate is $40/hr on C2C Key criteria for this role is someone having Bloomberg terminal experience, excel macros, SQL and Python. Please look for someone who was working directly with traders in execution of their strategies. Someone who has majored in applied math or financial engineering Here is the JD We are looking for a contractor who works with the Equities Trading Desks and can manage both analytics and coding in excel and build out macros and has used Bloomberg. Below are the requirements. Requirements: Bloomberg o I need someone that has access to Bloomberg so that they can build custom indexes, worksheets and more. Access to Bloomberg also allows them to build infrastructure in excel (Bloomberg has BDH/BQL/BDP language that can be soft coded into excel). Someone who is proficient in Bloomberg syntax and experience with all the above is needed. Quantitative Analysis o Experience building factor scores for custom equity (stock) baskets o Proficiency with multivariable calculus and advanced statistics o Familiarity with fractal mathematics, even if only at a conceptual level Excel o Proficiency in building excel infrastructure using macros o Proficiency building excel automations o Proficiency in using excel for visualizations (charts, tables, bar graphs, formulaic conditional formatting, etc.) Coding o Proficiency with Python, SQL and other coding languages o Ability to write code that automatically pulls data from websites into excel o Web scraping (ex: aggregating data from Clinicaltrials.gov) -- Keywords: information technology green card New York Urgent need -- Business Analyst - NYC [email protected] |
