Role: Business Analyst with Payments Domain Exp Location: Hauppauge, NY(Hybrid) - Only local to NY Candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required Minimum 10+ Years Understanding of Banking terms like loan, bill payments, cards, etc. Experience in Payments transactions, Accounts Payable and Reporting Payments Domain Experience is Mandatory Prior working experience with credit union specific Payments technology Good expertise in Microsoft Excel ability to pull relevant fields from large data sets Some experience in running SQL queries to pull relevant data fields from database Exposure to Tableau Ability to work with IT teams Perform routine and detailed business analysis, outline problems, and recommend data-driven solutions based on the needs of the business. Support annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing deposit, income, and expense trends and developing accurate projections. Monitor performance of all campaigns and promotions, track progress against stated goals Design informative and actionable analyses to identify patterns and trends in the data that support strategic initiatives and/or recommendations. Evaluate departmental processes to achieve automation opportunities, process efficiencies and control improvements. Understand and effectively communicate the financial and operational impact of recommended changes. Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. All other duties as assigned.
