The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kore.ai's conversational AI platform and will leverage their expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to build cutting-edge, automated, and scalable conversational applications that improve business operations and customer engagement. As a GenAI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and architecting conversational solutions, integrating AI models, and ensuring that the platform's capabilities are fully optimized to meet the strategic goals of the business. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying conversational AI applications using Kore.ai. Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and experience with integrating large language models (LLMs) like GPT and BERT into applications. Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related AI techniques such as intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialog management. Hands-on experience with Kore.ai platform, including bot development, workflow creation, and integrations. Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js. Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party systems into conversational AI solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment in cloud environments. Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and model deployment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
