Share with us the best candidate Description: 15+ years of hands-on experience in serviceNow SAMPro Process ImplementationKey factors to consider: Experience in implementing SAM Pro with the top 10 publishers Managing 20k+ entitlements Integrating Large global (across 173 Countries) SaaS/Cloud applications with high amount of custom integrations -Assume a semi-robust CMDB system & HAM/ITAM already in place xpect to finish the project within a timeline of 6 months A more detailed set of requirements... Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management lifecycle and Software License Compliance Management Strong understanding on various publisher licensing models (i.e. Processor based, Core based, Floating Users) Should have excellent knowledge on building processes and procedure documents and explain the possible outcomes of each process with SAM process.
