Must have an experience on US Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting etc. Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and good analytical Skills. Good knowledge of SQL databases to analyze policy and claims data. Hands-on experience in Data migration and product implementation. Good experience with Microsoft Excel to handle the data. Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues. Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
