Job description: We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM SME / Solution Architect to lead and manage solutions within the S/4 HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM), with deep expertise across Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), Manufacturing (MFG), and Quality Management (QM). This role is pivotal in shaping and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud solutions for SCM, focusing on seamless integration of PP, WMS, TMS, MFG, and QM modules. Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity across production, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, and quality. Technical Leadership: Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on SAP SCM best practices and innovations, ensuring the company leverages the latest functionalities within S/4 HANA Public Cloud. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Project Management: Lead project teams in the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SCM solutions, maintaining timelines and managing resources effectively. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for end users, ensuring successful adoption of new SAP SCM functionalities. Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring solutions adhere to compliance standards and company policies. Key Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. SAP SCM Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect, including a strong focus on S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations. Functional Knowledge: Production Planning (PP): Expertise in production scheduling, capacity planning, MRP, and shop floor control. Warehouse Management (WMS): Experience with warehouse design, inventory management, and integration with other supply chain functions. Transportation Management (TMS): Knowledge of logistics planning, shipment tracking, and route optimization. Manufacturing (MFG): Familiarity with discrete and process manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and streamlined production. Quality Management (QM): Competence in quality planning, quality inspection, and corrective action processes. Technical Proficiency: Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP modules, with hands-on experience in SAP Fiori apps, SAP BTP, and custom enhancements. Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects with effective stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and risk management. Communication and Leadership: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
