The role involves on-site collaboration on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using OIC for Oracle HCM Cloud. Create and manage VBCS-based solutions integrated with OIC. Conduct impact analysis and validation of OIC quarterly patches. Provide multilingual solutions and engage with Oracle SR processes for issue resolution and escalation. Execute HCM Extracts and BIP reports from OIC.
