Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: - At least 5 years of experience - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions. - At least 5 years of experience - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions. - At least 5 years of experience - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities. - At least 5 years of current experience Writing SQL queries and creating source to target mapping documents.
