NO H1B, OPT, CPT Position Description: The Claims Analyst will provide specific guidance on areas surrounding the QNXT platform with a focus on claims and the California Medicaid (Medi-Cal) line of business. What Youll Get to Do: Analyze claims data to identify and resolve California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) claims rejections. Troubleshoot claims errors (I,P, Pharmacy) to determine root cause and resolution. Coordinate with internal partners throughout the health plan (such as configuration/provider services) on remediation efforts. Identify trends and discrepancies. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years working in the QNXT Version 6.0 or higher. Recent experience working claims processing and troubleshooting claims errors (I, P, Pharmacy) for root cause analysis and resolution. Experience in analysis and submissions of claims data in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of Medi-Cal. Experience with health plan operations with provider, member and claims data as it relates to claims processing. Great communication skills. Familiarity with the Agile Methodology Willingness to work PST Time for the duration of the engagement.
