Team size of 20+ Must Haves: 7-10+ years of software engineering experience 3-5+ years of Salesforce Admin and configuration experience 1-2+ Experience in configuration and customization of nCino 1-2+ Experience writing/reviewing user stories/documenting config specs Must have Salesforce/nCino Certifications Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM Need strong commercial lending experience Experience with commercial lending business Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Primary Responsibilities Participate in Product planning and design sessions and be able to document user stories. Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive the product configurations Exercise independent judgment to guide/implement nCino and salesforce platform configuration Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities Nice to Have: Working experience on CRM projects for enterprise size companies Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development 3 plus years of experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing) 3 plus years of experience with dev-ops ; deployments; autorabit or salesforce DX Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) ROLE#2 Job Title : SAP SD Consultant Location : Austin, TX Onsite Must Have: SAP SD Pricing, SAP Logistics (MM/SD), S/4 HANA Experience, SAP interfaces, EDI/IDOC, SAP Experience in Z*/Custom Development Env. Job Responsibilities:- Minimum 10+ Years of SAP hands-on experience in SAP SD module. Expert knowledge of SAP SD pricing Strong knowledge of SD processes : Master data, O2C, Third party and STO Scenarios Should have worked as SD/LE consultant in at least 1 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation(Greenfield/Brownfield) project Expert knowledge in EDI/Idocs and work experience in 3rd party interfaces with SAP. Must have design and configuration experience in LE module: Inbound/Outbound delivery processing . Detailed knowledge in MM & SD cross functional areas. Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems /internal legacy systems. Integration experience with SAP and OEM/ 3PL preferred . Demonstrates strong knowledge. application of testing strategies and methodologies. Should have experience in executing unit, integration and end to end testing . Worked in Customer facing environment as a Lead Consultant. Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs . Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Experience in working Z*/Custom development Env. Willing to work in onsite/offshore delivery model Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
