Responsibilities: Analyze and document current state revenue cycle processes, including claims and denial management. Develop detailed process flow maps using BPM guidelines to ensure standardized and efficient documentation. Identify and address inefficiencies caused by manual or repetitive tasks in revenue cycle operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, RPA/AI consultants, and automation teams to design and implement automation solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue cycle workflows and improve overall process efficiency. Skills: - Need someone who can do the hands-on detailed documentation, ask the right questions to stakeholders to uncover the nuances, and be able to get Engineers the details they need. Mandatory skills Extensive experience in the healthcare revenue cycle, particularly in claims and denial management. Proficient in developing process flow maps following BPM guidelines. Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR systems is a plus. Experience working in an automation CoE or with automation technologies (RPA, AI) is highly desirable.
