This is an onsite role focused on managing and optimizing software releases, automating workflows, and ensuring a seamless deployment pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD processes, version control, and infrastructure management, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Release Management: Manage and coordinate software releases from development to production, ensuring timely and error-free deployments. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Version Control: Oversee source code management, including branching, merging, and versioning, ensuring consistency across multiple environments. Automation: Design, implement, and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual interventions in the deployment process. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the release pipeline, working closely with development and operations teams. Environment Management: Maintain various environments (e.g., development, testing, production) to ensure they are reliable and secure. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to the release process, configuration, and environment settings.Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Release Engineering or DevOps role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Operations.Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes Certified Administrator, are a plus.
