| Sr ServiceNow Consultant Austin, TX (Remote) Primary Skills: Servicenow Required Skills They do not have a lot of modules on ServiceNow, but they have incidents, change management, rdms, and workflows that run off the rdms. Since they do not have other modules, they have used a lot of customizations that this person is going to need to understand and recognize. MAIN GOAL: Someone who is comfortable digging through code following up on Sr person. The main thing is not to let the system tip over. Must haves: 5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow and customizations. Must have experience leveraging ITSM Must have experience working with Rhythm flows (Request items), Incidents, changes. TASB Runs their workflows in serviceNow and they were builtt on Rythm.
