Role: Workday Skills & Talent Optimization Module Consultant Duration: 12+ Months Location: 100% Remote Bill rate: N egotiable Job Description: Two Modules REQUIRED: 1) Workday Talent SKILLS Functional 2) Workday Talent Optimization Functional Note : Higher _Ed experience is a BIG Plus. Required Experience: Workday HCM: 5+ years of experience with design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and solution roll-out Workday Skills Cloud: 3+ years of experience and multiple implementations, including o Mapping of Skills Cloud data to job profiles o Implementation of Skills dashboards or related reporting solutions o Familiarity with change management and/or training approaches for Skills Cloud tools and data Workday Talent Optimization: Experience with the design, configuration, testing, and roll-out features and business processes, including but not limited to the following o Career Profiles o Career Hub / Career Pathing tools o Manager Insights Hub o Succession Planning and/or talent pipeline Preferred Experience: Experience implementing Skills Cloud and/or Talent Optimization tools Key Qualifications: Experience configuring Workday HCM and Talent Optimization offerings Deep experience facilitating design and testing exercises relative to Talent Optimization and Workday Skills solutions Regards, Suman Bakshi -- Keywords: information technology Workday Skills & Talent Optimization Module Consultant | Location : Remote [email protected] |
