Hi, Hope you are doing well. Title: ServiceNow Consultant/Lead Location: Remote but find candidates who can be onsite initially if required minimum 12 years need. Candidates can be remote, but may have to travel to onsite at customer locations at least during initial period. Ideally, will be nice if we get a candidate onsite itself. ServiceNow Project Development & Management Team Position Overview We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our project development and management team. This team will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on customer portal development, workflow automation, asset management, reporting solutions, and enterprise system integrations. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Portal Development - Design and implement an intuitive, user-friendly customer portal interface - Create self-service capabilities and knowledge base integration - Develop custom portal widgets and applications - Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms - Optimize portal performance and user experience Asset Management - Design and implement comprehensive IT asset lifecycle management processes - Develop automated asset discovery and tracking mechanisms - Create asset procurement and retirement workflows - Implement software license management and compliance tracking - Build asset reservation and checkout systems - Develop asset maintenance and warranty tracking - Create asset cost center allocation and reporting - Build asset relationship mapping and dependency tracking - Implement asset audit and compliance reporting Workflow Automation - Design and implement efficient workflows for technical staff - Create automated ticket routing and assignment rules - Develop SLA management and escalation procedures - Build change management and release management workflows - Implement approval chains and notification systems Reporting & Analytics - Develop custom reports and dashboards for business stakeholders - Create real-time performance metrics and KPI tracking - Build executive-level reporting solutions - Implement trend analysis and forecasting capabilities - Design and maintain reporting databases System Integration Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems including: - ConnectWise - Cisco Solutions (WLC, ISE) - SecureLink - Splunk - EcoStruxure - NetBrain - Microsoft SCCM - Palo Alto Firewalls Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience - ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Implementation Specialist, or higher) - Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills - Experience with REST/SOAP API integration - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices - Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) - Experience with CMDB design and maintenance - Familiarity with hardware and software asset management tools - Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management Project Management Skills - Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong documentation abilities - Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience with project estimation and resource planning - Risk management and mitigation expertise Soft Skills - Outstanding communication abilities - Strong analytical thinking - Team leadership experience - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Stakeholder management experience Key Performance Areas - Portal adoption rates and user satisfaction metrics - Asset management accuracy and compliance - Asset utilization and cost optimization metrics - Workflow efficiency improvements - Report accuracy and timeliness - Integration stability and performance - Project delivery within scope and timeline - Documentation quality and completeness Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5+ years of IT experience - 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience - Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred - ITAM (IT Asset Management) certification preferred Additional Requirements - Strong understanding of IT service management principles - Experience with change management processes - Knowledge of security best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to be on-call for critical issues - Understanding of asset management best practices and compliance requirements -- Keywords: information technology Urgent Hiring || ServiceNow Consultant/Lead | Remote with travel [email protected] |
