This role involves hands-on development, technical direction, and collaboration with the product and testing teams to ensure technical excellence and project alignment. Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and development of jBPM workflow solutions. Collaborate with the Product Lead to align technical solutions with project objectives. Work with the Testing Lead to ensure robust, bug-free implementations. Manage technical project timelines and deliverables. Required Skills: Proven experience in jBPM development and implementation. Strong Java and integration skills, with a focus on banking systems. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges. Day-to-Day Activities: Designing and coding jBPM workflows and integrations. Lead technical planning sessions. Coordinating closely with the Product and Testing Leads to ensure project coherence. Keeping the team updated on the latest jBPM features and industry practices. 2.Role Overview: jBPM Product Lead We are seeking a jBPM Product Lead to manage the development of banking workflow solutions. This role focuses on aligning project goals with business objectives and leading the project team towards successful delivery. Responsibilities: Define project vision and ensure alignment with business goals. Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communications and expectations. Oversee project planning and resource allocation in collaboration with the technical and testing leads. Manage project risks, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. Facilitate effective team collaboration towards project milestones. Required Skills: Experience in project management and product leadership, ideally in banking or financial services. Strong background in managing business process management tools, jBPM preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead, prioritize, and deliver in a dynamic environment. Day-to-Day Activities: Conduct stakeholder meetings to discuss progress and gather feedback. Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables. Address project challenges proactively, adjusting plans as needed. Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the project. 3. jBPM Testing Lead Role We're in search of a jBPM Testing Lead responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking workflow solutions. This pivotal role focuses on test strategy development, execution, and identifying and resolving issues. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test strategies for jBPM workflow solutions. Coordinate with the Product and Technical Leads to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical specifications. Execute test plans, document results, and track bug fixes. Ensure testing methodologies cover functional, performance, and security requirements. Manage timelines and deliverables for all testing activities. Required Skills: Strong background in testing business process management tools, particularly jBPM. Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies. Experience in a banking or financial services environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Day-to-Day Activities: Designing and implementing test plans and strategies. Collaborating with the development team to understand technical details and integration points. Leading daily stand-ups to track progress and address issues.
