Define the project schedule. Manage project budget, scope and risk. Remove impediments for the project team with a focus on delivery. Manage deployment planning and execution. Provide status to all levels of Project and Executive team members. As Scrum Master, coach the project team in Agile approaches to project execution. Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives. Facilitate team empowerment and engagement. Facilitate project ceremonies. Required Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field. 7 years of experience working in a IT Project Management role. 3 years of experience managing projects in an Agile environment. PMP or PMPACP certification a preferred. Expertise in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally preferred.
