| Job Title: Workday Prism Developer with AWS Client : Geico Location: Hybrid (MD) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Developer with expertise in AWS to join our team. As a part of this hybrid role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Workday Prism solutions, working closely with various teams to integrate and optimize AWS cloud services for Geico. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Workday Prism Analytics solutions to meet business needs. Integrate Workday Prism with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Redshift, etc.). Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement data pipelines using AWS technologies. Optimize data processing and reporting capabilities to ensure high-performance analytics in Workday. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Prism and AWS integration. Collaborate with data teams to create efficient data models and reporting structures. Perform system upgrades and ensure the environment is running smoothly. Qualifications: Experience in Workday Prism Analytics development and integration. Strong proficiency with AWS technologies, particularly in data services like AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Redshift, etc. SQL and data integration experience for building reports and dashboards. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and data pipeline development. Experience working in agile environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certification in Workday Prism Analytics. Additional AWS certifications or experience with other cloud platforms is a plus. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a hybrid working environment. Work Environment: This is a hybrid position, with some onsite presence required at the Geico office in Maryland.
