The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, a deep understanding of finance and operations processes, and the ability to develop, implement, and support customized solutions within the D365 F&O environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O modules to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain extensions, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Use X++ and other development tools to create and modify system functionalities. 2. System Administration: Oversee system configurations, updates, and maintenance within the D365 F&O environment. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability. Manage user roles, permissions, and security protocols. 3. Integration and Data Management: Integrate D365 F&O with other enterprise systems and databases. Manage data migrations and data integrity between systems. Develop data transformation and mapping strategies for data migration and integration. 4. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users and resolve any issues related to D365 F&O. Document configurations, customizations, and support procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business needs. 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new D365 F&O features and releases. Suggest process improvements and implement best practices for system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a D365 F&O Developer/Administrator. Proficiency in X++, SQL, and D365 F&O configuration. Strong understanding of finance and operations processes. Experience with D365 F&O integrations and data migration. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
