The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow development, including customizing and implementing ServiceNow modules. This role involves creating and configuring custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform to meet client requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions that meet business requirements. Customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and more as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications through REST/SOAP APIs. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ServiceNow configurations and customizations. Perform system and integration testing for new implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and functionality to leverage new features and best practices.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly. Experience with ServiceNow administration, including module customization and development. Familiarity with ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and experience with the ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
