Key Responsibilities: Architect and design ServiceNow APM solutions tailored to organizational objectives, emphasizing application rationalization and portfolio optimization. Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow APM modules from scratch, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, business requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, business units, and senior management to define application rationalization strategies, assess application portfolios, and prioritize initiatives. Customize ServiceNow APM functionalities to facilitate application lifecycle management, including portfolio analysis, dependency mapping, and rationalization decision-making. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment plans, and operational procedures. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on ServiceNow APM capabilities, benefits, and adoption best practices. Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates and enhancements related to APM functionalities, incorporating new features to optimize application management processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ServiceNow APM performance, scalability, and user experience Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive assessments of their application portfolios, identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation. Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and define rationalization strategies. Develop and execute application rationalization roadmaps and plans, outlining prioritized initiatives and timelines for optimizing the application portfolio. Conduct in-depth analysis of applications based on criteria such as business value, technical fit, cost, and risk to support rationalization decision-making. Provide expert recommendations on application retirement, migration, consolidation, or modernization strategies, aligning with clients' IT and business goals. Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of rationalization initiatives, including application decommissioning and data migration efforts. Develop business cases and ROI analyses to justify rationalization decisions and demonstrate value to stakeholders. Collaborate with enterprise architects, IT managers, and business leaders to integrate rationalization efforts with overall IT strategy and governance frameworks.
