The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, Azure DevOps, and a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role requires a balance of hands-on development and team leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using Azure services. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute multiple technical projects. Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain a hands-on approach, dedicating 70% of your time to development tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. Participate in on-call rotations, being available for one week every two months to address urgent issues. Work with teams across different time zones to ensure seamless project integration and delivery. Demonstrate strong expertise in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) containers. Take ownership and accountability to drive efforts spanning across multiple teams. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in .NET development. At least 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead role. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Logic Apps, Docker, and AKS. Strong understanding of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes. Experience in DevOps refinement, including separating build from deploy, rollback strategies, and automation of tickets and production readiness. Experience with database automation, automation testing, OAuth registrations, and automated certificate and secret rotation. Excellent communication and planning skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for driving efforts across multiple teams.
