Job Title: Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote Pacific Time, US) Duration: Long term Contract Role (2+ years) Overall, 14-15 years of experience. Must have Cloud (Fusion) Benefit Functional experience and should have at least 2-3 cloud implementation experience. Overall, should be more than 10+ years in Oracle HCM space, with EBS being prior is a plus. Required: Experience with the Advance business processes in Oracle Fusion Benefits. Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementation and support. Expertise in conducting benefits conversions and open enrollments. Expertise in life event triggers and collapsing event rules. Ability to configure benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules. Understanding of ACA reporting requirements. Expertise in writing fast formulas (optional but preferred). Assist in administration of the companys healthcare plans and wellness programs, including but not limited to assisting employees with benefits coverage, developing, and distributing employee communication and education programs. Assists with the annual enrollment process as needed. Coordinate and conduct employee information presentations, enrollments, and other related educational sessions regarding benefit programs. Coordinate and administer activities involving company's paid time-off programs. Prepare, distribute, and maintain benefits description booklets, annual statements, and certificates. Act as liaison between the company and various insurance carriers and plan administrators. Remain current on all government regulations involving payroll and benefits, including HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and ADA. Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
