| Job Title : Lead Golang Developer Hybrid in OH Immediate Role Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of GoLang developers, providing technical direction, oversight, and feedback. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development. Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Establish timelines, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of project objectives and their individual responsibilities. Design and implement scalable and efficient applications using GoLang, emphasizing performance, reliability, and maintainability. Oversee architecture decisions and contribute to system design discussions, ensuring adherence to best practices in GoLang development. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with other services, working with backend and frontend systems as required. Implement testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing practices, to maintain a high standard of code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to align development efforts with business needs. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, identify potential risks, and proactively mitigate issues. Identify opportunities to streamline development processes and improve team productivity. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in GoLang and software development practices. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of GoLang development and prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. Skills: Strong knowledge of GoLang, RESTful API development, software architecture principles, and modern development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, etc.). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
