| Hi Team, Please check Below Onsite position and do share suitable resume with me, Data Analytics PM BA- MNSITE-3231 Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst MNSITE Location: On-site location is 445 Minnesota Street, St. Paul 55101 Client: Department of Public Safety (DPS) Job Description: The Project Manager/Business Analyst will provide leadership and coordination for a collaborative project involving Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) and the Department of Public Safety (DPS). This role requires effective communication, coordination with various stakeholders, and the ability to meet Federal requirements through thorough planning, analysis, and documentation. The candidate will also conduct technology impact assessments, prepare budgets, and ensure knowledge transfer for continued support and operation. Sample Tasks: Lead and coordinate efforts between MNIT, DPS staff, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct technology requirements research to identify tools and resources for project success. Perform impact analysis, specifically on areas such as the call center. Compile a comprehensive list of statutes, policies, and procedures relevant to the project. Design and document user onboarding and support strategies. Develop a projected budget, covering both initial and ongoing costs, including technology, staffing, maintenance, and support. Create documentation for compliance with Federal standards. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure project sustainability and continuity. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Skill / Qualification Required Experience Level Notes Project Management 5+ years Senior Project Manager experience required. Business Analysis 3+ years Experience as a Senior Business Analyst. Government Sector Experience 2+ years Experience with projects in government settings with diverse stakeholders. Law Enforcement Systems Knowledge Preferred Familiarity with law enforcement systems and practices is advantageous. Executive Reporting Required Proven experience compiling reports for executive-level review. Key Competencies: Leadership and Coordination : Ability to manage multi-departmental teams and facilitate effective collaboration. Analytical Skills : Competent in conducting impact analysis and research on technology requirements. Budgeting : Ability to project, document, and justify costs for both immediate and long-term needs. Policy and Compliance Documentation : Experience documenting procedures to meet Federal standards.
