| Job Description: The Project Manager/Business Analyst will provide leadership and coordination for a collaborative project involving Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) and the Department of Public Safety (DPS). This role requires effective communication, coordination with various stakeholders, and the ability to meet Federal requirements through thorough planning, analysis, and documentation. The candidate will also conduct technology impact assessments, prepare budgets, and ensure knowledge transfer for continued support and operation. Sample Tasks: Lead and coordinate efforts between MNIT, DPS staff, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct technology requirements research to identify tools and resources for project success. Perform impact analysis, specifically on areas such as the call center. Compile a comprehensive list of statutes, policies, and procedures relevant to the project. Design and document user onboarding and support strategies. Develop a projected budget, covering both initial and ongoing costs, including technology, staffing, maintenance, and support.
