Job Summary: Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Perform in-depth data analysis independently, leveraging strong analytical skills to derive insights. Write complex SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Utilize knowledge of data modeling, with familiarity with data modeling tools as an advantage. Collaborate effectively in a team, showcasing excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Work within an Agile environment, adapting to iterative development processes. Manage production issues efficiently and maintain system reliability. Collaborate with ESS Business Teams, utilizing knowledge of ESS terminology and understanding of Policy/Claims Data Elements. Work with the Guidewire InsuranceNow application to support insurance-related data needs. Preferred Skills: Strong experience in data analysis, SQL, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Agile practices, ESS business processes, and data elements. Knowledge or experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow is a plus.
