This role aims to ensure seamless online research and shopping experience and closely collaborates with creative teams, marketing, UX, data, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, an understanding of website strategy, digital marketing, and the digital creative process, as well as a passion for enhancing website performance and user experience. Additional expertise in user testing, search engine optimization (SEO), experience with shopping tools in the automotive industry, and CGI asset creation are essential for this role. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deep understanding of user experience (UX) design and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with online shopping tools and content management systems. Background in search engine optimization (SEO) and experience with online shopping tools and content management systems. Technical aptitude to grasp complex issues and communicate effectively with technology teams and designers. Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into actionable site improvements. Experience with CGI asset creation to support digital content needs.. Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with electric vehicles (EVs) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field. 3+ years of digital marketing or product management experience working on high-traffic consumer-facing websites.
