Please find the job details below and forward me your updated resume along with your contact details at [email protected] or Call Me at 802-778-1770 Position Lead QA Automation Engineer (Mortgage Domain) Duration Longterm Contract Location Charlotte, NC Hybrid - Need Locals or from EST Zone Need only H1B and Should work with Mortgage Domain Clients in recent projects Essential Skills: Should have 10+ years of experience Lead, manage, and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring that testing activities for mortgage software products are carried out effectively and efficiently. Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules for mortgage-related software projects. Oversee the defect management process, including running defect triage meetings and coordinating with development teams for resolution. Experience in Jenkins, Testing Concepts, Process and Methodology Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing testing processes. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Cypress and JMeter) and a proven track record of implementing effective automated testing strategies. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Stash and Git). Hands-on experience with Xray test suite management software. Basic skills in Unix/Linux and SQL.
