As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include - Work with client SMEs to define the requirements and design approach, milestones etc Analyze the different systems, data, and processes to identify automation, optimization and improvement opportunities Document scenarios and business use cases for solution design and development Translate high-level business requirements into user stories and specifications Identify bottlenecks & issues in the applications & processes and provide recommendations Functional testing of the deployed enhancements\\defects Status reporting in scrum meetings Request and change management Participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs Team coordination in global delivery model Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 10+ years of experience in Information Technology Good Experience in Telecom domain especially around Order Orchestration Platform, VAS services & Telecom Billing Familiarity with Hansen OM, Tucows (Billing/Provisioning) Experience in agile principles, value, best practices, and tools Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Create features, user stories and work with developers and testers in implementation and be accountable of the delivery. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
