Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, debug, and enhance system performance and scalability. Utilize profiling tools to diagnose performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis. Plan and conduct experiments to evaluate system performance changes. Design and execute performance tests in an automated testing environment, analyzing and reporting on the results. Participate in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions and provide quality insights during cross-team engineering efforts. Must-Have Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software testing experience. Extensive experience in performance testing SAP applications, including Brown or Green field S/4 HANA implementations. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++). Expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, and Postman. Strong experience in data analysis, visualization, and conducting end-to-end performance and root cause analysis. Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs. Proven experience in SQL query performance tuning. In-depth knowledge of JVM tuning techniques. Experience with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
