| From: sanjoo singh, tekpyramids [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Business Systems Manager Location: St Paul, MN Hybrid Need Locals Duration: 6-month C2H Interview: Video Visa: GC/USCs Note: PeopleSoft ERP experience is STRONGLY preferred, but they will consider other ERP platforms Day to Day Responsibilities: Experience and understanding of ERP (preferably PeopleSoft) and related workflows; including functional and technical expertise relevant to HR, Finance, data management and systems integration. Managing the life cycle of the ERP and business systems, including: Planning and analysis to development, testing, deployment and support; Planning for system maintenance and downtime, monitoring of system availability, preparing for disaster recovery, maintaining system security; Ensuring adherence to system policies such as, but not limited to, data access security, change management, and user functionality access. Build and maintain working relationships, and act as liaison between functional staff and technical Team; serve as systems-related functional and technical advisor to staff. Must Have Skillsets: 7+ years of experience in supporting ERP (preferably PeopleSoft) or other large-scale Information System, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects and tasks, including setting priorities, managing scope, and meeting deadlines. Strong leadership skills with knowledge of supervisory practices, and a team player who can work effectively with Team and district staff. Technical writing skills and willingness to adequately capture and document details of system activity. Nice to Have Skillsets: Financial, accounting, and/or HR related knowledge and/or experience. Technical knowledge and/or experience including SQL query and relational databases, database platform administration, cloud-hosted environment administration, data integrations, report creation, and programming.
