Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience with SAP PP/MM module integration, preferably within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP PP and MM modules, particularly in the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing (batch management, process orders, MRP, inventory management). Familiarity with related modules like SAP QM, WM, SD, and FI/CO. Proficient in data migration, EDI, and interface tools, as well as strong hands-on experience in SAP configuration. Soft Skills: Excellent project management and leadership abilities, with experience in cross-functional team environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations. Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements and GxP guidelines. Certification in SAP PP/MM modules and/or PMP certification.
