The role involves developing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality product delivery. This position requires close collaboration with developers, DevOps, and product teams to define effective testing strategies.Key Responsibilities: Testing Strategy: Define testing approaches for new features and collaborate on deployment plans. Test Development & Execution: Create manual and automated test scripts for various testing levels, including smoke, functional, integration, and non-functional. Defect Management: Document issues with supporting details and work with the team to resolve them. Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Risk Mitigation: Identify risks to delivery timelines and coordinate mitigation strategies. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare test documentation and quality reports, and provide feedback in sprint retrospectives. Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in automation.Required Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in software QA and test automation, including 6+ years in API testing and C#/.NET automation.
